The Effective Speaking program gives Air Cadets the opportunity to find their voice and build self-confidence through instruction, practice, and competition.

Through effective speaking, cadets gain skills that support success in many areas of life, including classroom presentations, job and admissions interviews, team leadership roles, and, for some, future involvement in public service.
