The Air Cadet Program offers youth aged 12-18 opportunities to learn, grow, and challenge themselves. Our mission is to develop strong citizenship and leadership skills, promote physical fitness, and inspire a lifelong interest in aviation. To Advance”.
News and Announcements
Squadron news and announcements may change, so it’s important to check regularly and note any updates.
IMPORTANT: TO CADETS, PARENTS, AND FAMILIES
Interest in our squadron has grown significantly over the past year, and we currently have a waitlist of prospective cadets wishing to join. To effectively plan for the 2026–27 training year, it is essential that we confirm our returning cadet numbers as early as possible.
RETURNING CADETS AND THEIR PARENTS are required to attend on 03 September 2026, from 1800–2030 hrs, to complete re-registration paperwork.
- IF A RETURNING CADET IS UNABLE TO ATTEND IN PERSON, they must email the squadron at 205air@cadets.gc.ca no later than 2100 hrs on 03 September 2026 to confirm their intention to return and retain their place.
Following re-registration, staff will determine how many spaces are available for waitlisted applicants and new recruits. If positions become available, waitlisted applicants may be contacted after 03 September to confirm their continued interest and, if applicable, invited to attend an intake and registration session on 10 September.
Please note: Drop-in registration may not be available on 10 September. Any remaining positions after 03 September will first be offered to waitlisted applicants. If positions remain after all waitlisted applicants have been contacted, drop-in registration will be offered and the information will be posted here.
Thank you for your cooperation.
