Fitness Assessment Program

A high standard of physical fitness is a requirement for many advanced training courses and exchanges. To safely and effectively complete training, it is important that cadets be fit and healthy. Before applying for certain courses and exchanges, cadets may be required to achieve a certain level on the Cadet Fitness Assessment. The Cadet Fitness Assessment and Incentive Program (14-18 Annex B) has four incentive levels available to cadet participants are Bronze, Silver, Gold and Excellence.

  • Centred on the left sleeve with the bottom of the badge positioned immediately above the top of the cuff.
  • Only the badge for the highest level attained shall be worn.

Record the number of CURL-UPS completed.
Record the number of PUSH-UPS completed.
SHOULDER STRETCH
Check the one or both boxes that describes the SHOULDER STRETCH you were able to complete.
Record the distance reached in centimeters for LEFT in centimeters.
Record the distance reached in centimeters for RIGHT in centimeters.
