Promotions
Cadets move up in rank based on their commitment and ability to take on greater roles and responsibilities. At the rank of Flight Corporal, Cadets begin their leadership roles by providing routine orders and assigning tasks to lower ranked Cadets. Through the higher ranks of Sergeant, Flight Sergeant and Warrant Officer, the levels of influence, responsibility and leadership increase. Promotions are based on a combination of successful completion of activities and program requirements, along with age and years of experience in Cadets.

Cadet Uniform Information
*Insignia, badges worn on uniforms, show the Cadet’s rank. Badges / insignia shall be sewn on the uniform neatly using a thread that blends with the badge and uniform. Badges shall not be glued.
Cadet Uniform Request
You will be contacted when uniform supplies are ready for pickup. If you have any questions or need further clarification contact Supply Officer
Cadets are expected to keep their uniforms in the best shape possible to show respect and pride to our Squadron. Uniforms are provided free of charge. Cadets are responsible for their uniforms.
They must be kept clean and pressed, with boots shined and all badges and rank insignia properly fastened. Uniforms are property of 205 Collishaw Squadron RCACS and must be returned when the Cadet releases or graduates from the program.
