How does Cadet365 work?
Cadet365 is a collaborative platform for Cadets across Canada. The suite provides access to familiar products like Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Planner, OneNote and OneDrive. The aim of the suite is to promote collaboration and facilitate remote work. The innovative cloud-based platform enables the team to work on both personal and work devices. This is a proven solution that balances the need to innovate and continue working with the need to maintain security and accountability.
How to access Cadet365
To begin, email Administration Officer who will provide the Cadets with their username and password. Prior to having access to the resources (including email), you need to access your Cadet365 account following instructions for the Cadet365 Cadet Onboarding.
It is highly recommended that you use a computer and Smartphone to complete these steps when possible. Make sure that you sign out of any Microsoft account that is on the computer or phone to make signing in easier.
Once you have successfully completed Cadet365 Cadet Onboarding, sign in to your Cadets and Junior Canadian Rangers (CJCR) SharePoint link (below) enter your email or phone. Remember to be careful to type the password exactly as it has been provided.
If you have forgotten your password, you must click on “forgot password” to change it.

The Cadet Cyber Awareness Course is mandatory training for all cadets and squadron staff.
- As per CANCDTGEN 002/02 all cadets are required to complete the Cyber Awareness Course before or as soon as possible after their initial login to Cadet365.
