Summer Cadet Training Centres (CTC)

Summer Camp 1973

Summer Cadet Training Centres (CTC) have evolved since COVID, but still offer incredible opportunities for Cadets to begin to forge their career path within the Cadet program. Learning how to live away from home, eating in a mess hall, being part of a team, learning new skills, and making friends for life – this is an amazing opportunity for young people to grow with new and challenging experiences in a safe environment. And when they get home … well, it will still be tough to get them to make their beds … but they will have changed and matured for the better.

This September they will be able share their new knowledge and skills, helping the Squadron and the next generation of Cadets thrive. By taking the camps this summer, these Cadets are putting themselves in better positions to take on more responsibilities and to accept higher level opportunities in the future – within and outside of Cadets.

Congratulations again, I look forward to hearing everyone’s stories about which camp had the best mess hall food!
